That works for me creative effects so just go to your phone settings check if your Snapchat notifications is on

You have to be above 18 it gives you the option from Spotlight & Snap map the 3 dots

When you send it to your device either have your phone off or close Snapchat and reopen it that usually works for me.

Nope just by using the Snapchat app which you still have to have a creator profile or Official Lens Creator.

Well if you have a Creator profile then just get used to the new settings look around its not that hard to figure out
