how can I have a public profile (not a yellow star account)

  • You have to be above 18 it gives you the option from Spotlight & Snap map the 3 dots

    You can feel free to create a public profile as long as you are 18+, Snapchat is releasing the update slowly which will allow everyone that is 18+ to create a public profile. If you did not receive this feature yet, never fear, you will have it soon!

    You can see if you are able to create it by tapping your bitmoji on the top left of your screen, and then it will say "Create Public Profile", under the three dots under "Snap Maps"

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
