Yeah, I just tried again here, and it works now.  Maybe they fixed something on their end, and we just haven't heard back yet.

I see.  Thank you for the detailed explanation! "Lens Works On" is a bit misleading for the label of that setting.  It made me think that I had to set Both or one of them wouldn't work at all.
