If you just lost the files after you finished working on it usually Lens Studio makes a backup of it automatically you can find the backup directory below C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\AppData\Roaming\Snap...

Find the directory of it make sure it has enough space where it's at.

Old versions of Lens Studio aren't supported anymore no way of getting an old download unless it's from someone else even then it won't work correctly.

You can always download the picture you have here https://accounts.snapchat.com/accounts/snapcodes and crop it so it's only the bitmoji then upload it
