my lens has disappeared from the trending page when i updated it

  • Being on trending is random you can't really control the recommendations, etc...

  • Adding on to what others said, the trending page is very unstable and isn't always the best indicator of how well your lens is doing. It also refreshes constantly and varies with regions so don't stress it too much x

  • Maya🦋 I never understood how snap's algorithm for Trending, For You, Face, World, and other pages work. Like, my lens could be trending for days and still be at 50k views and another lens that I released months ago is nowhere to be seen on the trending page now but is still getting millions of views.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
