Maybe you should have installed and found out for yourself but yea it should be able to work with it.

Nav, check how big the file is your trying to import and how many textures, etc that it's trying to import at the same time it's overwhelming Lens Studio so your CPU goes up and crashes Lens Studio...

Download the mp4 and import it into lens studio

C:\Program Files\Snap Inc\Snap Camera Follow this directory if not right-click the Snap Camera app and click open file location then scroll all the way down and second to last is the uninstaller.
