Is it possible to apply filters on video footage? a mp4 or other video file 

Is it possible to apply the filter somehow to the video so it catches faces in the video and works on them? Without holding the phone up to the screen. I've held the phone up to the screen and it found faces and worked, but i want to do a clean hd video. would be way easier to apply the filter somehow then try and use after effects...

but if i need to use after effects to achieve this even with a snap/IG filter that's ok, just want possible solutions

    Download the mp4 and import it into lens studio

    Hi Jonathan so this means I only use my own lens projects and not any other filters if i dont have project files?

    Hi Bread,

    To use Lens Studio yes, you will need the Lens project. 

    You can also try taking a look at Snap Camera to see if it can help you apply Lenses as well.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
