Make sure you have good lighting in the room your testing out a lens with that's what usually causes the shaking in any lens.

In your 3D software, you have to rig it with at least 2-3 bones I suggest using Blender it's free. After rigging import it and use the chain physics template.

It may not seem like it but they do read it but they just don't respond back unless it's an issue that needs to be fixed such as a bug.
