Custom environment map

  • Any 360 photo will work. You just need to flip the orientation of the texture on a very large sphere object and place the camera/viewer in the middle. You can use Google's camera app to create the custom environment map or you can find one using a site like flickr

    I don't think that's what I'm looking for though, I meant a way to add a custom EnvMap to a PBR Material of an object.

    My bad, I understand now. I am sure you have already looked at this, but its the only documentation I could think of to help you... but it doesn't allow for your own environment maps, just from camera reflections...

  • Hi Bram, you can import an HDR and it will generate an environment map (both the spec and diff texture). 

    Let me know if that doesn't work for you!

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
