    Are you trying to import the .lso file? If so then create an orthographic camera first, right click, import objects and select the .lso file.

    Unfortunately your pc seems to be uncapable of running it. Lens Studio is quite the app when it comes to performance because it renders everything in real time. Maybe try another pc if possible. Ha...

    Do you know what specs does your pc have? Maybe its uncapable of running Lens Studio.

    You could maybe use the behavior script and in the dropdown, select Looking At as a trigger. I can't guarantee it will work but worth trying.

    Yes just uncheck the tile option in the controller then adjust the other settings to your liking! Also if the cheek images still are affected by the 3d model try putting them below or above eachother.
