Views don't determine if you get to be an OLC, it's about having innovative and creative lenses. And I can't seem to find the application at this moment, but try emailing Snapchat support.

Lens Icon not working
I created a lens and was ready to publish it. I uploaded a icon and I cropped it, but it still shows the default icon. I do not know what is wrong. Please help. The lens icon will not update.
