If you didn't receive an email from Snapchat then no you never received the star it was probably a bug.

Switch the Trigger names it's using the same trigger name as the "moving_object" one so it obviously reacts to it even though it's not colliding with anything. Collider_one_1 entered_1 exit_1 ...

Looks like it's a rigging issue!! go to the software you exported from and increase all shape keys it'll display all the shape keys at once and one by one turn them off until you find the one that'...

It's your movements it's colliding with the ocular usually what would fix this is decreasing the ocular size or increasing the mesh size.

If it's lagging that bad then it's either your computer or you just need to lower the frame rate & resolution.
