I have a question about Gold Star for Content Creator and Geofilter Designer

Hello
I'm a lens and geofilter designer
The number of views of the lenses has reached one billion and fifty million views
Geofilters have reached 261 million views
Note that the golden star appeared to me and disappeared again without knowing the reason and I have an official profile from Snapchat
I would like to know the reason why the star is not shown in my account??

    If you didn't receive an email from Snapchat then no you never received the star it was probably a bug.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
