When you upload/submit your lens it shows to option to update or upload as new lens just click update

You can upload it and it takes about anywhere from 1minute - 1hour But it stays forever

They must’ve removed it, most of snap inc lenses/filter are being removed from snap camera and you won’t be able to get them back

For Snap Camera? if so no it's not possible Snap Camera only works with uploaded lenses.
