I can't log in from my official account !!!

hey guys
I am an old lens maker and I publish my lenses on this site I share it with the lens makers but suddenly my account on which I was posting everything was closed and today I created my serious account to tell you about my problem and is there a solution and I will attach a picture of the problem I hope to help me and thank you

    Your sign in is suspended in lens studio community. Are you experiencing this issue while getting login to snapchat application ?

    -No, I just can't log in here on this site, they tell me that the user is suspended!!

    Look at the red box attached to the picture, you will know what the problem is, but the question is how can I restore the old account on this site!

    1. Click on "I Can't Access My Account".

    2. After that click on "I see an error message when I log in".

    3. Then Click " Yes " and submit your problem.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
