lens rejected !

hey everyone,

im really frustrated w snapchat review system i got rejected after 2 month of publishing lens, but i thought to change preview after that i changed everythg in the filter i kept preview which don't have even one word in it but still i got rejected for 17 th time from last 3 days if snapchat is going to do this w/o any violation of policy im not going to make lens / filter. everyone here is working hard for getting some amt of audience to show their talent but snap chat is making this hard with bad policy checking system . if anyone can help me pls do im looking forward for help

    Hey, 

    I'm pretty certain this is just a recent glitch and I think/hope they will fix it soon. Don't change anything (unless it's an actual violation)!

    Hey please check if the rejected reason "username/hashtags" go check if type your username for Ex "Subscribe to @"

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
