Lens Studio Not Responding ERROR

From The Past 3 days I'm not able to use lens studio because it is not responding, I tried everything but no results... I even tried reporting bugs and many things from restarting my laptop to uninstalling lens studio and reinstalling again but nothing's working.. I've Uninstalled and installed it 8 times it like getting more messed up whenever I click on new project and a normal project opens as usual but when I click once or twice it becomes a white freezing screen i even have the latest version...

I'm using lens studio for 6 or 7 months and i get this error every time in two weeks, no matter how many times do anything it doesn't work .....

If anybody has a solution for this please let me know.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
