It sounds like you may need to clear the Keychain because it's possible a connection has broken on your computer.
If you have a Mac, please:
- Close Lens Studio.
- Open 'Keychain Access'. This can be found in Spotlight by typing Keychain Access.
- Select 'Passwords Category' in the bottom left.
- Search 'com.snap.LensStudio.OAuthTokens' in the top right search box.
- Right click and select 'Delete'.
If you have a Windows, please:
- Close Lens Studio.
- Click on the magnifying glass in the bottom toolbar.
- Input 'Credential Manager'.
- Click on 'Windows Credentials' and there will be 'com.Snap.LensStudio.' entries.
- Click on each one you see and then click 'remove'.
Then open Lens Studio and try submitting again. If you still are running into issues, please let us know.
