Lens Studio Not Responding ERROR

Lens Studio Community, I don't know why is my lens studio not working even after I installed the latest version so the problem started 4 months ago when I was making lens on lens studio and realised it was missing some panels but I didn't know why cuz it happened for the first time so after doing some random things it started working again, then the following month came and the same thing happened so I tried something else then it started working again so I didn't care that much and thought it was my laptop's problem so from the following month same things happened frequently so after 5 to 6 days it would start working but now I've done every single thing now I am becoming tired of this thing so if anyone can help me with this thing it would be really wonderful cuz I have a public profile on snapchat and I got it by creating lens and filters on lens studio I used to have millions of views, shares, plays but now it have come down to thousands so I'm really worried about my progress so lens studio community please look after this issue, I hope it gets fixed very soon

    I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. If I am understanding correctly the missing panels can be fixed by resetting them to Default Layout in which the needed ones will return. 

    About the other issue you are having with Lens Studio not working correctly, I would recommend trying to troubleshoot any issue.

    If that does solve the problem I would recommend you report it as an issue within the application in the help menu as this will get you the most tailored help. Just explain in the report what has happened.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
