Lousy support for Lens Studio creators from Snapchat.
The Lens Studio team answered older forum posts much better than today. They are probably not read at all anymore. Direct inquiries to support are not processed either. (In my case, these were professional inquiries about machine learning and shaders). I am very disappointed with this fact and I no longer want to deal with lenses.
It may not seem like it but they do read it but they just don't respond back unless it's an issue that needs to be fixed such as a bug.
