I have my lens online and it works perfectly on cellphone. But my mask material doesn't appears on Snap Camera. Why?!

Hi there,

I did a project at Lens Studio and it went perfectly. It runs on the phone very well and I am very happy, but when I run on the PC my materials on the camera do not appear.
I have a background image that appears but the mask I have is all black and I don't know why?
I have already changed all the possible optimization settings and I have all the possible requirements to have the program working perfectly, especially because the Lens of the other creators appear and work well.

Can you help me solve the problem please?

    Hey @...

    Did you already tested to change the preview media to "horizontal view". Please try that and tell me if its not showing up there aswell.
