public profile

  • Hey there,

    A creator profile is not the same as a public profile, public profiles are being released to everyone slowly in future updates. Depending on your age that you set your second account is probably the reason why you don't have it on the first one as you need to be 18+. Some people get the public profile immediately, some don't. A public profile is public for everyone now.

  • my account age is set to 20, and ik  bout the creator to public profile difference, I jus brought it up to make a point.

    Did you already applied to be an Creator? You can do it by clicking here.

    I have heard that they are slowing rolling out public profiles to everybody but iam not 100% sure, so i would just wait. I also got it randomly after a few weeks.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
