Some filters on Snapchat and Instagram seem to have an option where you can choose different options on a single lens (ex. changing your hair colour or makeup look). How do I do this in Lens Studio / is this even possible? Alternatively, is there an option to click to change the image/mask? That seems like it would achieve the same outcome.

Do you mean for example for different kind of effects in one lens, and then user can choose?
Click here and scroll down a little. Its called "four cameras template". There is also a youtube tutorial by Benslenses which you can find here.
And for your last question, if you want to tap to change the image effects. Then you can do this with the Behavior Script or with this tutorial.
