[repost] preview rejected - need help

Preview is just a video of me using the filter and zooming in on my face. 

Error message is as stated:

Media Rejected

I can assume that it's the red tint that is getting me. I'm on the trending page right now and I think it would be beneficial if someone would approve the preview so they knew what the filter was.

    Hey Nathan,

     

    Does your preview have your username in it, such as add @ nathan for more?

    I believe it does. I uploaded the preview before I removed the watermark for testing.

    Got it, 

     

    So turn that watermark/add off, redo the preview and you should be good to go.

    But is it still allowed to put "add 'username' for more" ? Just curious.

    So you can have it in your lens, just not in the preview.  That's what I've learned from experience.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
