Can't find old filter in studio

    First of all this "category" is only for you snapchat lenses and creations etc.

    Would be nice if you change it to "General".

    Secondly are you using the same account? If yes it should be appear in Lensstudio and you can deactivate it there.

    Would be nice if you could respond with the Lens-ID so the members of lensstudio can take a look into it.

    I think a member of the Lens Studio should take a look into this issue.

    Just wait till they comment  or if its urgent you can also write an email to

    lensstudio-support@snapchat.com 

    But make sure you include the Lens ID and maybe a screenshot to make the problem even clearer.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
