open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
- Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open

Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Would you maybe do me the favor and post a screenshot of your application after you pressed "add new"? :)
There it is FelixFeFe. As you can see when I press add new there is no option for face effects. I don't know how I'm supposed to make my filter that I was going to do with pineapples on the cheeks now. :( :( :( :(

From what I can see you're just in the wrong panel (Ressources). Look for a panel called "Objects" on your display, as you can see in the first picture.
In case you can't find it I attached another screenshot from my application which shows you how to add more panels.
