Falsely Rejected at 24 MILLION.

My lens 725ccd20-f634-4eff-8712-85c96fc78961 was rejected standing at 24,000,000 views and 12,000,000 plays. I'm so upset because it was my biggest lens yet and it was cool to see the number keep going up. I've had 3 falsely reject lenses. I misplaced the file and can no longer re uplaod it. is there a way to re download your file? or kinda copy it. this is so dumb, i'm so upset snapchat. i've sent MANY emails, and tried to get OLC to get a direct contact. I need a direct contact, no one replies for weeks or even months. I need help. Someone give me tips? please!

    Always keep a backup or don't delete the files, the email is lensstudio-support@snapchat.com, I think they could give you the download of the lens you're looking for.

    You can make it again with updated version and update to the old lens which got rejected

    I have a lens that has reached 12,000,000 views and was deleted due to violation of the guidelines and there is no justified reason
    All they say is false

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
