There is a menu that pops up when you click on an effect or image that you have added to the filter and there you can edit the position, size, texture, etc. I accidentally clicked my off ("x"ed it out) and now I cannot figure out how to make it pop back up again. I have tried starting a new project and adding new images too.
please help me :)

Are you referring to the Inspector panel? You can get your original windows by going to the Lens Studio menu bar > Window > Default Layer.
