My lens loads incorrectly

  • Sounds strange, sounds like a bug.

    You might want to submit a bug report:

    https://support.lensstudio.snapchat.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

    Make sure to include logs, Lens ID and devices you are trying on.

  • Are you using Tweens? I noticed a bug with the "From".. or maybe its not a bug cuz thats how "From" works.. fixed the issue using "From/To"

    Hmm I agree with N-Mikael, that does sound strange! Do you have a test Lens for us to take a look at?

    Additionally, can you share a screenshot of what you see on the phone, vs what you expect?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
