How to optimize snap camera

Hello,

I tried streaming last night with snap camera and I recognized that when I ran the snap camera application frames were skipping and it was bad, but it returned to normal when the application was closed. Is there a way to reduce the processing power or any other method to optimize this whole process.

    Have you checked to see if your computer matches our system requirements:

    • Operating System: Windows 7 SP1 (64 bit) or newer; MacOS 10.11 or newer
    • Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

    If you meet all the requirements and are still having issues, please let me know and we can further investigate.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
