Textures look too bright

By default, the PBR material you create via Add New -> PBR in the Resources Panel respects Directional Lights in your scene in addition to the environment map. If you want to disable the PBR material from respecting Directional Lights, select the material in your Resources panel. Then, in the Inspector panel under Lighting, disable the "Direct Lights" checkbox. Additionally, you can tune the exposure of the environment map. In the Inspector panel under Lighting, expand "Envmap". Then, tune exposure to whatever intensity you'd like. Finally, lens studio supports custom environment maps (.hdr format). To import one, select Add New -> Import Files in the Resources window. Then, select your custom environment map / hdr. Hope that helps!

After some research it seems it comes from the default lighting and environment map settings.
