There is no custom point option in the dropdown. You just have to click and drag the center point and drag it to your custom attach point.

I am assuming you're doing this for a streamer and i get why you cant share it. It might be a Snap Camera issue. If it isn't much work try creating a new project, import just the eyes and 3d model....
