thx for the feedback, unfortnately i have tried the end process aspect, which didnt solve the issue other suggestions are most welcome

Trying to run snap camera but it tells me another instance is running

i have uninstalled, reinstalled, etc and i get the same error message! suggestions welcome !!! thanks !
