It's possible the "Florida flag" is considered as copyrighted content by Snapchat hence them not allowing anything like that.

As far as I am aware, no you can't, I'm not sure Lens Studio has that kind of feature yet.

I tried them, and they seem to be working fine on Snap Camera in my Macbook Pro, I don't know exactly what your snap lenses are supposed to do in Snap Camera but they work fine for me as in display...
