So what I'm thinking is maybe a screen image with the render texture so that way it captures your effect.  I'm trying to think of a way to freeze it or to pause the camera.  Hopefully, I can solve ...

Got it, So what you are going to want to do is go into the image object, look at the tween and set loop type to loop.  Then go into your second behavior, it should be the one that says set enabled ...
