Yea usually Snap Camera is updated to support the newest version of Lens Studio happens every update to Lens Studio, just give it some time after the Lens Studio update for Snap Camera to catchup.

Looks like a network issue considering it says it in the bottom just connect to the internet and see if there's a difference.
