It's not your computer, the latest version of Snap Camera is a little buggy and slow.

Honestly just pre-record yourself and play it during meetings or class. Making a filter for that is extremely hard even if it was possible it wouldn't look natural at all it would be glitchy.

Sorry to hear that unfortunately, Snap Camera doesn't support previous versions every update done to it is to support the new versions of Lens Studio If you did get your hands on an older download ...

Solution 1: Try to quit it. Solution 2: If that doesn't work try task manager. End Task Solution 3: make sure to disable auto startup then restart your pc and open Snap Camera.

Lens Studio was having server issues try again in an hour.
