That sounds weird. Can you try to log out and log back in at lens studio? You can do this by going to your lenses, and clicking your name top right corner and log out. If that doesn't solve the pr...

That's weird. Are you sure it doesnt violate their guidelines? Can you take a screenshot of the lens so we can see what it is
