    I just looked-up the Lens that you mentioned , And it's working fine !!

    I highly suggest you to update your Snapchat App to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store .

    Please Note : Try to use English language for your inquires to let everybody understand you ,so they can help you in a better way .. If you are experience some difficulties in English you can use Google Translate .

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
