open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
- Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Hello i think its just a bug maybe try after an hour or try with different browser you can even try to restart your PC
Delete the installation and re-download and install!
I actually had the same problem a couple of days ago, no worries though I have a fix for this.
Depending on what OS you’re using whether it’s Windows or MAC here’s what I suggest. For windows go to the Microsoft edge or google chrome and make sure you’re not in incognito mode. Also make sure your cookies are enabled
For Mac it’s pretty simple, just go to the safari settings and turn off “limit cross tracking”. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any further questions!
