Support for Snap Camera MacOS 12 (Monterey) M1/Intel
The snap virtual camera is not working on OSX 12.1.1 or 12.2.1.
It simply does not appear in the list of options when running multiple applications either natively (apple silicon) or using Rosetta 2 (emulating Intel).
Does not appear system wide. I've tested, Zoom, Quicktime Player, VDMX, OBS, MadMapper Google Meet, Skype, etc.
OBS Virtual Camera, and Logitechs LOGI emulated camera both work on this system.
Support, says v1.18.0 is the latest version of Snap Camera.
Filters work in the snap camera app using Facetime Web camera, but this application does not share it system wide. If the developers cannot figure this out, they should at least implement syphon to share with other applications.

Lens Studio.exe ? That would be a windows application.
Kas, that's not a native solution. If I wanted to do that, I'd use a windows laptop. Loading the ARM version of Windows 10 using Parallels for Mac does not share the snap virtual camera with Mac based applications.
If you were to suggest that route, you should have mentioned emulating windows / wine using crossover and launching the snap camera application instead of wasting 30 mins to run windows on a Mac.
Once again, I do not see this or your answer as a solution for native support on OSX 12 Monterey, which is the entire point of this thread.
Snapchat has not updated their application in well over a year. Their developers and support are non-existent in this matter. There are multiple users on Reddit expressing the same problem (and this forum).
The latest version of OSX is Monterey. The latest generation of Macs are Apple Silicon M1, for snap camera not to support Monterey or Apple Silicon macs means they have put priorities elsewhere.
