Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

It takes a lot more than just views and followers, as I honestly don't believe Snap Chat cares about them at all (I don't speak for or work for Snap Chat, just personal opinion based on what I've seen among the verified creators I know). If you worry about getting verified and it becomes your main objective in making lenses, you will slowly become less interested and eventually become frustrated that you aren't basically viral yet. To become verified for Snap Chat, it is separate from becoming an Official Lens Creator. Although, if you become an Official Lens Creator you will also become verified. The only way to become an Official Lens Creator is by standing out from other creators. They also tend to gravitate towards creators that work with SnapML and 3D models, so maybe give that a try as well if you would like to try your luck. Best of Luck!
