Distorted audio when importing video in Picsart video editor & Inshot Video editor
Hello, I'm having issue in audio while importing the video either in Picsart video editor or inshot video editor.
I have a video that was recorded with a client's phone that I'd like to enhance. It seems like she recorded the video with very low resolution, so the video is extremely blurry and small.
While googling to determine the best way to make the video resolution more clear, most everything recommends, which is what led me to this problem. I am following a youtube video on how to enhance the resolution. and after importing the video, am left with audio that is distorted (slowed down and very low pitch?).
I'm not an experienced video/audio editor so all of this is like speaking Greek to me. I can do basic editing like creating thunmbnails in Picsart or make videos in Inshot video editor and some basic softwares for editing.
The last thing I tried was converting to H264 with VLC and reimporting. While this did fix the audio distortion, now the audio and video are out of sync. I'm looking at trying to convert the audio to MP3 and separating the video, just not sure if this is the solution or if there is a better alternative.
Any feedback is appreciated! Thank you for the opportunity to learn something new!
