Snapcamera saying too many requests please try again later

Hello, I wanted to try out Snap camera to talk on Discord with face filters but it only worked for one day, the second day when I opened the program on my Windows, I got a error saying too many requests, try again later. But the face cam works perfect just the lenses aren't loading. I tried and installed Snap camera program to another computer to see if its my computers fault and no luck there either, the same message. Even with different internet. So is Snap camera down or what?
