GetCandles FTXAPI

Hello,

I'm trying to get the getCandles functionality to work on the Cryptocurrency API template.

I currently try to call the function like this:

getCandles("BTC", "USD", 300, 1559881511, 1559883511, DisplayCandleInfo);

function DisplayCandleInfo (err, parsedBody)
{
    print("Error: " + err);
}
 
But it always comes back with an error code. 
Does anybody have an idea how i can call that function properly?

    This sounds like it might be an issue on the backend. Are you still seeing this issue?

    Hey Vincent,

    Yes we are still getting the same log:

    "ERROR: The API call did not succeed!. Please check your request"
     
    This log is displayed when the handleAPIResponse function of FTXAPI script comes back with an error statuscode on the API response.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
