"send to snapchat" not refreshing the previewed lens in snapchat
hello, new to lens studio. if i make a change to the lens in lens studio then press "send to snapchat", the change is not shown on snapchat unless i force-reboot snapchat. is there a way to make snapchat show the change without a forced reboot?
details: i tried running the "my birthday" tutorial project. pairing works fine, and i can preview the lens on snapchat. but if i modify the "my birthday" lens and hit "send to snapchat" again, then lens studio says the lens is sent, but the lens doesn't change at all on snapchat. the only way i can get around is if i force-quit snapchat (swiping up in app switcher) then reopen it. if i do this, then the lens is updated/reloaded, and the changes are shown.
please help if there is a way for me to preview changes to a lens i'm working on without a forced reboot of snapchat every time i make a change.
lens studio = v4.7.0, mac mini (m1), macos monterey 12.0.1. snapchat = latest version, iphone 13 pro, ios 15.1.1.
This has randomly happened to me before as well. I'd love to know if there's a workaround aside from rebooting too.
update: the problem is still there with lens studio 4.10. i've tried it on mac mini (m1) running monterey , macbook pro (intel) running catalina, and alienware 17 r4 running windows 10. the lens preview just never refreshes unless i do a force-reboot. this sure seems to point to a problem with snapchat on my iphone.
update 2: issue resolved. before, i had tried deleting and reinstalling snapchat, and the problem still remained. this time, i deleted snapchat, then i reset the iphone per apple's guidelines. (note: this was a "soft" reset that just changes some settings and info to the default; i didn't need to delete all the data on the phone.)

afterwards, i reinstalled snapchat. now the syncing/pairing/previewing is working properly. the problem must have been with ios data/network settings on my iphone.
