I have a question about verifying my account and getting my certified Lens Builder account

Hello,


I'm a lens and geofilter designer
The number of views of the lenses has reached one billion and fifty million views
Geofilters have reached 362.18 million views

Note that the golden star appeared to me and disappeared again without knowing the reason and I have an official profile from Snapchat
I would like to know the reason why the star is not shown in my account..?

    Views don't play a role in becoming a Snap Lens Network Member and they'll come to you if they feel you are the right person for the program.

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for participating. I have seen your issue and its ok on our side. I request you to please uninstall snapchat and install it again. I am saying because i am experiencing with this issue with my site ( check )and after uninstall it its working absolutely Fine.

  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
