    [ENGLISH] Hello Clément,
First of all, so that you can receive an answer quickly, I advise you to write on the forum in English.

Regarding your lens, did you check in your lens manager if you had activated the lens to everyone (online mode) and not in "hidden" mode? The "hidden" mode implies that the lens is only usable for people who have the link of the lens and of course will not appear on the account where you published your lens.
It is also possible that your lens is in offline mode and in this case it will not appear anywhere and will be unusable.
If your lens is in "online" mode, and you have just published it, it is normal that your lens does not yet appear on the search bars or on the account profile because the servers do not update automatically and require a little patience.
I hope I've answered your question!
