Textures don't import from CLO 3D

  • Are you using UDIMs? If so, they aren't supported in Lens Studio. And by not displaying correctly, what do you mean by that? Can you share any screenshots? Are the textures mapped to the mesh wrong or are they not displaying? Sometimes you need to import your textures separately and manually add them to the materials.

  • Hey!
So I managed to solve the issue, and yeah, you were right, textures weren't mapped correctly. How I did it was I basically correctly mapped the textures of the garment onto 1 square in the CLO 3D UV editor, and then exported as .FBX with unified UV coordinates. Then just chabged the material texture im Lens Studio and voila!

  • Hey Alexander! I am also exporting a garment from CLO and trying to make it work in lens. How are you going? i've run into some problems that i dont really know how to solve (or if i am doing it right at all haha). If you could have a look at my post on the forum that would be much appreciated!
