public profile issue

hello everyone, 

good day to you all.

 

I have an issue creating public profile, once I try to create one it says " unable to create public profile as you can see here.

 

I already reported this issue to snapchat support. does anyone know how to fix it ? I tried with different device, network and VPN all the same didn't work. I can only link my profile to an AD profile which I don't want to.

    Hey Hassan,

    If you have violated the community guidelines, it is not possible to create a public profile. If it doesn't, try posting something on Spotlight and it might work after that.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
